Our 2023 Chardonnay is lovely, as the vineyard name Bien Nacido (which means Well Born) would suggest. Medium-bodied with good texture and acid, the palate is full of pretty stone fruit flavors with echoes of ripe apple and quince. Pair with strong cheeses and guava paste or your favorite cream-sauced chicken.

Peach skin, strawberry, and watermelon rise from the glass. The palate is round and soft, a nice line of acidity runs all the way through. Its a perfect pairing with everything from a summer salad to fried chicken.
